REAL Cents REAL Change began through a joint venture between the College of Human Sciences' Women's Philanthropy Board and the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Lee County in 2010 through a generous grant from the Davison Bruce Foundation. Today, REAL Cents REAL Change is a division of the Cary Center for the Advancement of Philanthropy and Nonprofit Studies, an academic center in Auburn University's College of Human Sciences.

REAL Cents REAL Change messages and objectives are delivered through a learning series, individual programs, and/or in summer residential camps for teens ages 13-18. REAL Cents REAL Change participants learn how to be REAL "money smart" and philanthropically engaged citizens. Since its beginning, numerous teens and volunteers have taken part in the REAL Cents REAL Change programming.

REAL Cents REAL Change Summer Camp: June 18-23, 2017
