I am a nonprofit leadership and transition expert with over 25 years of well-honed transformational services. I am a coach at every level -- individually, with search committees and boards of directors, at the organizational level, at the community engagement levels, and wherever the ripple effect takes transformation and change. My team at DCI partners with me as we guide nonprofit leaders and organizations through executive leadership changes.
