About
Shannon has been strategizing fundraising and managing thriving non-profits since 1995. With a career spanning nearly three decades, she brings a wealth of experience working with organizations of all sizes, from small grassroots groups to large national nonprofits.

Shannon has helped startups start strong - with a proven track record of guiding nonprofits to reinforce their operations and infrastructure, reinvent their board governance, and transform their fundraising efforts. These transformations give way to impressive results- allowing founders of new organizations to transition as a paid Executive Director. Stagnant Boards of Directors have been completely overhauled with a fresh, smart, new slate of dynamic professionals.

She has also has led national nonprofits including the Ronald McDonald House and the American Cancer Society, where she successfully managed large teams, large fundraising campaigns, and complex budgets to drive revenue generation from new donors.

Her strengths are leadership transitions, board recruitment and restructuring, funding diversity, and strategic planning.
