About
Lilly Gordon-Flowers, MA, is a dedicated nonprofit leader, mental health advocate, and organizational strategist committed to advancing trauma-informed care and community wellness. She serves as the Executive Director of The Exchange Center for Child Abuse Prevention, where she leads initiatives focused on prevention, education, and therapeutic support for individuals and families impacted by abuse and trauma.

Lilly holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Social Science from Troy University and a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from the Florida Institute of Technology. Co-Owner of both Change My Mind Consulting, LLC and Flowers & Company, LLC.Her professional background includes extensive experience in trauma, mental health, and substance abuse services, positioning her as a leader in developing innovative, evidence-informed programs that strengthen families and communities.

Prior to becoming Executive Director, she served as Director of Operations at The Exchange Center, where she helped expand service delivery and operational effectiveness. Under her leadership, the organization has continued to grow its impact through programs such as parenting education, in-home family support, and hospital-based services for at-risk parents, demonstrating her commitment to breaking cycles of abuse through early intervention and education.

In addition to her nonprofit leadership, Lilly is recognized for her work in organizational development and community-based program design, contributing to partnerships that enhance access to care in underserved populations. Her accolades stem from her advocacy, leadership in trauma-informed care, and dedication to building compassionate, resilient communities.

Driven by a passion for service, Lilly Gordon-Flowers continues to champion initiatives that empower individuals, strengthen families, and promote healing, embodying her belief that meaningful change begins with lifting others.

Our Work
Lilly Gordon-Flowers works at the intersection of nonprofit leadership, organizational development, and trauma-informed care, providing strategic guidance and hands-on support to help nonprofits grow, stabilize, and expand their impact. Her work is centered on strengthening mission-driven organizations so they can better serve their communities, particularly those supporting vulnerable and underserved populations.

Through her consulting practice, Change My Mind Consulting, LLC, Lilly offers a range of services tailored to the unique needs of nonprofits at various stages of development. The organization provides real-time neurofeedback therapy, professional training, and consulting services designed to support healing, resilience, and lasting behavioral change through a trauma-informed approach. Additional services include strategic planning, program development, and organizational assessments to ensure agencies are aligned with best practices and positioned for sustainable growth. She also specializes in building and refining trauma-informed frameworks, helping organizations create environments that are safe, responsive, and effective for the populations they serve.

In addition, Lilly provides support in areas such as board development, leadership coaching, and staff training, equipping teams with the tools and knowledge needed to operate efficiently and compassionately. She assists with grant readiness, funding strategy, and partnership development, helping nonprofits strengthen their financial sustainability and community reach.
