About
Melanie E. Jones, CFRE, is Chief Strategy Officer and Managing Partner of The Jones Collective, Inc., a consulting and coaching firm serving nonprofits, community initiatives, and education organizations. She brings more than two decades of leadership in fundraising, advancement, communications, and organizational strategy, with executive experience in higher education across the Southeast.

Melanie partners with leaders to strengthen fundraising infrastructure, clarify strategy, elevate donor stewardship, and grow mission-aligned partnerships across nonprofit sectors. Her work spans board and leadership development, major and annual giving, corporate and foundation engagement, grant development, campaign planning, and integrated communications that move stakeholders from awareness to investment.

In addition to executive leadership, she has served in board and governance roles, contributing to strategic planning, accountability, and resource development.
