About
Bethany Oliver is a nonprofit consultant and educator with 15 years of experience strengthening organizations and building community capacity throughout Northwest Alabama and across the state. As the founder of B Hive Nonprofit Consulting, she partners with nonprofits to enhance their effectiveness and expand their impact.

Bethany's expertise spans board development, organizational governance, fundraising strategy, and grant writing. As a Certified Nonprofit Professional (CNP), she designs and facilitates capacity-building workshops for nonprofit professionals across the region. Her practical approach combines strategic guidance with hands-on support to help organizations achieve sustainable growth.

In addition to her consulting work, Bethany works as the Executive Director of Funding and Project Development for Bear Creek Collaborative where he role includes securing funding through grants and private donors while cultivating community partnerships to create accessible outdoor educational experiences.

Bethany holds a Master of Education in Nonprofit Leadership & Management from Belmont University, where her thesis focused on establishing a nonprofit management support organization in Northwest Alabama. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Communication Arts from the University of North Alabama, where she continues to share her expertise as an instructor, teaching nonprofit management and grant writing courses.

A frequent presenter at state and national conferences, Bethany has delivered workshops on strategic planning, board development, fundraising essentials, volunteer management, and social media strategies for nonprofits.

Bethany's work reflects her commitment to empowering nonprofits to create lasting change in their communities.
