About
Angela Peterson-Washington is the Founder and Chief Strategist of Imperial Consulting Services Group, LLC, a consulting and training firm based in Montgomery, Alabama. With a professional background spanning law enforcement, federal government service, and organizational consulting, she brings a unique blend of public safety insight, leadership experience, and operational strategy to the organizations she serves.

Angela specializes in cultural competency training, organizational development, workforce training, and strategic consulting for nonprofits, government agencies, and community-based organizations. Through her work, she helps organizations strengthen internal culture, improve leadership effectiveness, and build systems that support sustainable community impact.

She is also the host of The IC Lounge Podcast, a platform that brings together professionals, leaders, and community voices to discuss important issues affecting communities locally and beyond.

Angela has been featured as a speaker and facilitator for professional development programs and nonprofit leadership initiatives, including programs through Auburn University's Cary Center for the Advancement of Philanthropy and Nonprofit Studies.
