Our Work
I have 23 years of cultivating the growth of a start up emergency food pantry to one of the largest food pantries along the Gulf Coast. When I helped to found Prodisee Pantry no one would really share how to run a nonprofit or how to raise the necessary support. I provide transparent information, mentoring and training to other nonprofits with a focus on Board/Governance, Volunteer Management (we have over 2,000 volunteers annually), Strategic Planning, and Fundraising/Friendmaking.
Expertise: Board/Governance, Nonprofit Management, Fundraising, Strategic Planning
